Exploration of Indigenous Leadership Practice and Futures among Pacific Communities
TLN’s mission is to support leadership development professionals and to progress leadership development in Australasia and the Indo-Pacific.
The focus of this session is to explore indigenous and decolonising LD in an NZ context. Together with programme participants, noted eminent LD professional, poet and community leader Dr Karlo Mila MNZM will discuss Leadership New Zealand’s Mana Moana Experience, together with her insights on leadership development in Aotearoa, the Pacific and more broadly. This session is intended to be a significant support to our highly impactful profession.
Karlo is a Programme Director for Leadership New Zealand, leading the Mana Moana Experience. The session is intended for LD professionals; all are welcome.
