Planning: TLN and the LD Profession
2022 has commenced, and the next phase of TLN and the LD Profession's journey in helping create a better world has commenced ... even in the context of the current global Covid Omicron wave.
TLN is holding an overview planning session on January 21st, and if you're interested in the future of Leadership Development, then you're invited.
The focus of the session is high-level and broad - considering not just TLN and mission and activities, but how this integrates into the broader question of helping the LD profession make the maximise positive impact for the world. This includes questions such as:
- How can TLN best make an ongoing positive impact in the world - particularly through the LD profession?
- What is the problem TLN seeks to solve (or issue to address), that can’t be solved or addressed by any member or professional or other organisation on our own ... and are we motivated to do something about it?
- What is the current and future potential impact of TLN?
- What could current and future members of TLN value?
- What LD groups - and others - should TLN focus on?
- What activities should TLN focus on?
- How might TLN ally with others?
- How might TLN's mission be resourced?
The session is online on January 21st at 11.30 AEDT / 11.00 CDT / 10.30 AEST / 10.00 ACST / 8.30 AWST / 1.30pm NZDT. We expect a two-hour duration and you'll get a preparatory activity and be invited to participate ongoing as best suits you.
We envisage this planning as a scene-setter for new and additional strength and impact for our profession.
