TLN’s mission is to support leadership development professionals and to progress leadership development in Australasia and the Indo-Pacific.

Covid continues to run its course worldwide, with various populations experiencing a range of conditions from relative safety through to very significant health, social and economic impacts. As the world navigates our way through and beyond Covid, what does the Leadership Development profession have to offer humanity as we seek to heal and to emerge a better world?

Margot Thomas is co-founder of Ikigai Leading, an expert in OD, graduate of Heifetz & Linsky's Harvard Adaptive Leadership Program, and deeply experienced in organisational and cultural transformation across Europe, South America and Australia.

Margot will be exploring the connection of local, organisational and global healing in the context of Ikigai principles of developing purposeful, conscious, connected leaders. How do Leadership Development Professionals best help the world heal?

With on-balcony themes combined with dance-floor practicalities, this session is intended to be a significant support to our highly impactful profession.
