TLN’s mission is to support leadership development professionals and to progress leadership development in Australasia and the Indo-Pacific.

Helping leaders to heal trauma is a key LD capability. Using Covid as an example, this session with renowned LD specialist Louise Marra will focus on LD approaches to trauma and approaches to healing that trauma and releasing full human potential: for individuals, teams, organisations, communities, nations and our world. The session comprises 60 minutes hosted by Louise, then 30 minutes of virtual cafe conversation.

Louise is Programme Director for Leadership New Zealand and director of Unity House NZ and the Emerge Institute. Her LD focus includes facilitation, the building of essential self and healing and integration work, meditation, mindfulness, nature based programmes, yoga, qi gong, transpersonal psychology and shadow work. In this session Louise will be considering the trauma which Covid19, climate and colonisation has and is creating in humanity, and how LD professionals' practice can adapt to heal that trauma moving forward. For LD professionals only.
