TLN and Harthill Consulting partnering for accreditation in leading-edge leadership instrument.

For the first time ever, leadership development professionals in Australasia and the Indo-Pacific are being offered accreditation in the acclaimed Harthills Leadership Development Profile, based in part on David Rooke and Bill Torbert’s seminal work as published in Harvard Business Review 2005 and as developed and enhanced over thousands of participants in Australia and worldwide.

This profile instrument helps program managers, organisational development managers, coaches and others to help participants, clients and staff explore new aspects of their leadership consciousness and to progress their leadership journey.     Thoroughly researched and validated over the past decade in Australia and elsewhere, the LDP has been successfully utilised in niche executive coaching and in prestigious high-profile programs such as Leadership Victoria’s Williamson and Folio Programs.  Users of the profile report significant insights and behavioural change frameworks which deepen their self-understanding and enhance their leadership of others.    This instrument is part of the emerging transition to development enquiry and the ability to use post-contemporary practices at all levels. This is part of the next frontier of thinking in terms of vertical leadership development.

Until now, professionals seeking accreditation were usually required to travel to the UK.  Now for the first time ever, The Leadership Network has partnered with Harthills Australia to deliver this accreditation for leadership development professionals.  Taking place over three days in Melbourne March 10-12, the accreditation is a unique opportunity for leading-edge and forward-thinking professionals to come together not just to be accredited, but to network and participate in peer support with similar leaders in the LD field.   The accreditation is hosted by Prof Stephen Duns of Harthills Australia and Dr Philip Hayton of Harthills UK.

On successful completion of this program, practitioners are able to administer and debrief the LDP.  Practitioners can include this activity in leadership programs or can include the instrument as part of their coaching practice.  Only around 400 individuals worldwide have this accreditation; accreditation represents a significant competitive advantage and offering.

TLN has secured a limited number of places in this small-group accreditation process.   TLN Members are eligible for Early Bird pricing until January 31 from just $1660 (+GST).

Registration includes lunch, refreshments, course materials, a copy of ‘Personal & Organisational Transformations’, your own Leadership Development Profile and debrief with a senior consultant, 1:1 follow-up support for you with your clients/participants, and full access to Harthill’s resources on completion.  An optional supplementary masterclass is also available 2pm-6pm March 13th

Background: read Rooke & Torbert’s seminal 2005 HBR article and  Niki Vincent’s (EO Commissioner for South Australia) 2014 Doctoral Thesis on Promoting Post-Conventional Consciousness for leaders
